Walk With Ease (WWE)
Program Description:
​Walk With Ease was created by the Arthritis Foundation to encourage physical activity as a form of pain management.
Walk With Ease helps participants to:

Develop a walking plan that will meet their needs

Stay motivated

Manage their pain

Learn to exercise safely

Active SWV Walk With Ease:

Program Delivery:
Walk With Ease can be completed through a self-guided format or in an in-person community setting.

WWE group sessions meet 3 times a week for 6 weeks​

Sessions include a pre-walk discussion along with a 10- to 40-minute walk (including warm up and cool down)
