Free program for individuals who are ready to make lifestyle changes to improve their health (8 week program open to anyone in the community)
Health professionals coordinate the following activities throughout the program:
Cooking demonstrations led by local chefs
Tools to promote healthy lifestyle habits
Tours through the grocery store discussing cooking, recipes, and ingredients
Health and wellness topics (mindful eating, fitness, right size portions, and myths about popular diets and supplements)
